You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. This gives you plenty of time to try the product and make sure it's right for you.
Products must be in original, unopened packaging for a full refund. For food supplements, unopened packaging is a legal requirement. Opened products cannot be refunded for safety and hygiene reasons.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is our error (wrong item, damaged packaging). We'll provide a returns address once you request a return.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we process refunds within 14 working days. The refund is issued to your original payment method (your courier payment).
Your order is protected by UK Consumer Rights Act and EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Distance Selling Regulations). You have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, with a full refund of the product cost. Please note that return postage costs are non-refundable unless the issue is our error.
What if I refuse the delivery? If you refuse the package at the door, you can contact us to arrange a return. The return postage cost will be deducted from your refund.
